Tommy's Birthday Party

Tommy had a great day with Grandma, Grandpas, and our friends, Brooke, Clayton and family, enjoy the photos.

Not one second alone

Well as I was feeding baby Allie and bound to the couch, Tommy and Sammie were getting into the craft box. What started out as a simple trip into the craft box, turned to disaster in seconds. Who ever packaged confetti into a child's craft kit, did not have two toddlers in mind.

Potty Story

Well, I have a few stories to share, I hope they make you smile as much as they made me smile. The other day Tommy was takin' care of business when he yelled from the bathroom, "Sammie want to come and flush my poo poo?" Well Sammie dropped what she was doing, turned and ran towards the bathroom and replied, "Yeah!" I chased to watch what came next. Sammie walked right up to Tommy still sitting on the throne, pushed his back forward so that she could check things over. I finished cleaning Tommy up while Sammie observed in great detail the evidence in the toliet. She told Tommy, "Good job," and flushed with great pride of her brothers accomplishment and her own.

Everyone Loves holding Allie

Well Allie might not be having the best time but Sammie and Tommy love the chance to hold 'Baby Allie.' Sammy's doll has been recently name, 'Baby Allie' so we have to clarify when we talk together on if we are speaking of Mommy's baby Allie or Sammie's baby Allie. Its crazy but we are all having fun....

Last meeting with Mr. Nick

Tommy graduated this week. Tommy has been meeting with Mr. Nick to enhance his speech for almost a year and a half now. Mr. Nick has been very impressed with Tommy's learning abilities and his growth over their time together. We are sad that Mr. Nick won't be part of our routine any longer however we were blessed with his teachings. Bye Bye Mr. Nick.

Welcome to Seilers Voyage

Well we are now entering into the Blog world. I will apologize up front knowing that my postings will be brief and unpredictable but I will try and keep you all informed. I felt the need to start a blog so that I could share with you all the fun that I get to see every day with the kids. Once children start to understand and develop their own opinions it is amazing what you will hear. Here are some examples:

Sammie announced in the car ride to school today that she saw a butterfly. I asked her what color it was and she told me purple. Tommy then followed with yes, "I saw a butterfly too, a Spiderman butterfly." Sammie then replied, "I saw a Princess butterfly."
Tommy is currently obsessed with Spiderman.

Sammie's language is also expanding she told Tommy yesterday morning, "I not play with your tiger Tommy, ok? It's your tiger, ok? OK, sweetheart?"
