I turned 40

My cake made by the kids and Tom. No frosting b/c Tom believes that cake is better with out frosting. So I opened a can of chocolate frosting for me and the kids. We also celebrated my birthday with the Stanley's in WI and a night out with good friends in WI.

3 Month Review - stay with me.....

Well it has been 3 months since our last posting. We have been busy. In January I turned 40, I was really dreading it only b/c it is one step closter to being "old." I have been a little uneasy about my blips in health during 2009 with having a golf ball sized nodule on my thyroid (benign), suspicious mammograms (all good) and fibroids (all shrank to the size of a pea), but I am moving forward and setting new goals for 2010. Maybe another 1/2 marathon with my friend Elizabeth. :) I am making sure she is reading my blog.....

Sammie turned 4 years old
Allie got her first haircut
We went to Disney!
